9 months to reach the 2023 French Open qualifiying with you 🎾

In early 2022, you encouraged me to chase a crazy dream: After my win at the Caen Open in late 2021 where I beat 2 former top 10 players in the world, I made the decision to return to the ATP tour. Since then, I have played 13 ATP tournaments, beaten 2 players in the world's Top 300, made a final and 2 semi-finals. Every week, you could follow my training, my matches, my daily life as a player but also... My injuries. I could have given up everything: Out of the 30 tournaments I had planned to play, I could only play 13. It's simple: 2022 is the season where I played the least tennis since I was 11 years old. Because of my adductor and my left wrist, I have been injured 5 times for a total of 3 and a half months, which is almost half of my season until now. I don't make excuses: an injury never happens by chance and I feel that I'm more tense in games than usual. But to be honest, there were times when I wondered if I had made a mistake by returning to the circuit. The planes every week, the hotels in lost cities... All that to get injured every two weeks? I wondered if it was worth it. But even when I was away from the courts, I kept getting your messages of support and feeling that you believed in me. So I hung in there. And after 8 months? The balance sheet is positive despite everything. From 1014th in the world to Top 600 ATP in 8 months, thanks to you: In February 2022, I was ranked outside the Top 1000 on the ATP. At the end of August, I entered the Top 500. And for that, I have to say thank you: For your messages of encouragement, your loyalty to each YouTube video but also your participation in my first crowdfunding campaign in March where I had collected more than 30 000€. If sponsors believed in my project and agreed to support my journey on the ATP circuit, it's also thanks to the community of ultra-motivated breakers who are behind me. Together, we've already climbed 500 places in the rankings and I don't intend to stop there. Despite all the problems, my current ranking tells me that I'm more than ever in the race to play the 2023 French Open.
