Όπως και στις δύο προηγούμενες εκδόσεις το 2013 & 2014 το εγχείρημα αυτό είναι συλλογικό, βασισμένο στην αλληλλεγύη και τη δέσμευση καλλιτεχνών και κατοίκων. Μαρτυρεί κοινές ευρωπαικές σχέσεις και σύγχρονες ανυσηχίες γύρω για το ρόλο της τέχνης. </p>

Ephemeral works are specifically created for the site with materials of the immediate environment and with limited means. It is a way to highlight the ephemeral nature of artistic reality, the fragility of matter and nature.</p>

Τά εφήμερα έργα είναι ειδικά δημιουργημένα για τον τόπο με υλικά του άμεσου περιβάλλοντος και με περιορισμένα μέσα. Ένας τρόπος ν’αναδειχθεί ο εφήμερος χαρακτήρας του καλλιτεχνικού γίγνεσθαι, το εύθραυστον της ύλης και της φύσης.</p>

For the third edition, EPITOPOU invites artists working in France, Germany, Greece and Cyprus. It opens a dialogue with the public by organizing screenings and meetings. Speakers will touch upon the relation of art and nature. For the first time, five students of the University of Ioannina are invited to work during the event.</p>

Γιά την τρίτη έκδοση το <em>ΕΠΙΤΟΠΟΥ</em> καλεί καλλιτέχνες που δουλεύουν στην Γαλλία, Γερμανία, Ελλάδα και Κύπρο. Ανοίγει ένα διάλογο με το κοινό με την οργάνωση προβολών και συναντήσεων. Ομιλητές θα θίξουν θέματα σχέσης Τέχνης και Φύσης. Για πρώτη φορά 5 φοιτητές του Πανεπηστημίου Ιωαννίνων είναι καλεσμένοι να δουλέψουν στα πλαίσια της εκδήλωσης.</p>
