Territoire-S Projet artistique/Artistic Project
<p><strong><em>Four french artists make up the association « Art-Multiple » : Bivan, Fabienne Alliou-lucas, Nadya Tara, Cathy Lodziak. They went to meet three english artists, Janine Baldwin, Angela Chalmers, David Chalmers, to propose an artistic project named « #Territories », which will be completed by an itinerant exhibition in 2018 in England and in France.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>The work of these seven artists will be presented in 2018 during two exhibitions :</em></strong></p><p><em>English artists work on Pornic territories, in contrast french artists work on Scalby/Scarborough territories.</em></p><p><em>We led an artistic work with different techniques, staging our reflections on the landscape, its inhabitants and its history.For us, it is the expression of real and imaginative territories, the opportunity of getting in touch with this territories, to explore a different reality. <p><strong><em>ARTISTIC PROJECT : </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>The exhibition «#Territories » comes along with a publication</em>.</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong><em>EXHIBITION CATALOG (french and english)</em></strong></p><p><em>Representative of the project, we would like to meet our french and international public, including children, teenagers and the elderly, and establish links with art and book professionals over the world, to open to the widest public by realizing a catalog of exhibition.</em></p><p><em>The catalog will present each artist (biography, exhibitions, process, approach, in french and in english), his artistic work, use of forms and various practices, the originality of his point of view, his questioning about notions of culture, origin and membership, by creating pictorial, sculptural, photographic spaces…</em></p><p><em>Through this catalog, we are going to try to put in image, by the drawing, the paint, the words, our fascination for the art and by the art for our territories.</em><strong><em>The catalogue is going to contribute to value the artists and to make shine outside their studio their works. It’s going to widen the audience and to draw the attention of the collectors and to keep the attention of </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>new public. It will be the testimony, the marks of this work, the strength of the point of view, and will stay in fact a convincing element of its implications, questioning. It gives legitimacy the approach of the artists and the credibility of their work. This catalog will also serve as a reference tool, giving a perspective o the works, by making sense and bringing keys of understanding.
