Two Worlds Whiskey
Two Worlds Whiskey is the first luxury American whiskey crafted exclusively for France.
Named to honor Marquis de La Fayette, “the hero of two worlds,” Two Worlds Whiskey celebrates the historic French-American alliance by sharing the best whiskey America has to offer with her first ally, France.
A small batch of just 11 barrels, La Victoire, Batch 1 features a core of complex 14-year-old straight bourbon whiskey balanced with a delicate, fruity four-year old straight bourbon whiskey and rounded out by a creamy five-year old straight bourbon whiskey.
The result is a decadent whiskey with notes of toffee, tarte tatin, pastry cream, fresh pear, apricot, nutmeg, and clove spice that pairs beautifully with dessert and excels as a digestif.
La Victoire was batched in Kentucky in December 2019 and arrived at our bottling site in the Cognac region in March. With your help, Batch 1 will soon be bottled and packaged for release in France!
The Inspiration for La Victoire, Batch 1
To create this whiskey, we called upon some real experts from the bourbon world - Ashley Barnes and Monica Wolf of the Spirits Group in our founder’s hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. Monica and Ashley are widely recognized for their refined noses and palates, and called often to serve as expert judges in spirits competitions.
But La Victoire is only the beginning of our story!
Two Worlds Whiskey aspires to launch three ranges of French-American whiskey, each named after one of the three ships taken by La Fayette across the Atlantic during the American Revolution:
If that sounds like a journey you would like to go on, take the first step with us toward making it happen, and pre-order your bottle of our first edition: La Victoire, Batch 1!
Allocation of funds
Work to create Two Worlds Whiskey’s first edition began more than a year ago. The packaging has all been designed, the barrels have been purchased, the bourbon has been crafted and shipped from Kentucky to France, and the customs duties and taxes have all been paid.
We are an entirely self-financed operation. There is no big investor hiding in the wings. To make it as far as we have, we have put all of our resources and assets on the line to make it work. The benefit of this self-funded strategy is that we were able to develop a whiskey of the absolute highest caliber guided by nothing but our passion and our palates without any external pressure to cut corners to keep costs down. The downside of course is that we have taken on considerable financial risk in order to bring our dream bourbon to life and into your homes.
All we need now is your support to bring it all together and into your hands!

A note to our friends and supporters outside France: Shipping within the EU is easy, but shipping spirits around the world gets complicated. We’ve already received a lot of interest from whiskey lovers all over the world. If you are not in the EU and you reserve a bottle through this campaign, we’ll work with you to find a way to get it to you somehow. We’ll keep your individually numbered bottle in safe keeping until we can work it out. Perhaps you have a friend visiting Europe who can bring it home for you, or perhaps you want an excuse to visit France to pick it up yourself. Whatever it is, we’ll help you find a way!
