RAISE THE FREQUENCY WORKSHOP + BRING A FRIEND
Raise The Frequency workshop is meant to be a 3 hour class where I will share some special techniques to help you raise your frequency daily + you can invite a friend to join you for the workshop!
I will be following the principles of Tibetan Yoga and focus on empowering the three areas of Body, Speech and Mind. Offering an introduction to the techniques I practice myself and that help me overcome various emotional and energetic disturbances in my daily life. Those exercises can help you:
- manage your anxiety
- find stability while traveling or being in an unfamiliar place
- find focus and improve your concentration more quickly
- develop a kind and open heart
- tune into your higher self
- connect with more positive energy and let go of past emotional blocks
Based on breathing exercises called Tsa Lung, the 9 round breathing exercises to clear the energetical channels in the body for better focus and vitalisation of energy, chanting of sacred syllables with an explanation of each one and simple mind training based on Tibetan meditation techniques such as Tonglen (Giving and Taking). This is all based on books from Tibetan masters such Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa Rinpoche from the FMPT foundation and workshops I have attended with Dr Chok Tenzin Monlam and Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche.
There will also be a part of the workshop dedicated on tuning into the abundance in our life based on exercises from self help best seller Pam Grout so that we can develop abundance in whichever area of your life you feel it’s needed (financial, success, creativity, relationships etc).
This workshop will happen in the areas where I will be able to travel, possibilities in Berlin, London, Paris and California. For other places you will receive a video with the full teaching.
