Hello to all the taste adventurers! My name is Antoine, a passionate chef and a globetrotter at heart (Canada, New Zealand, England, South America, and many other vacation destinations). After years of traveling, culinary discoveries, and kitchen experiments, I decided to turn my passion for world flavors into a unique adventure: the opening of Aux Goûts du Monde, a food truck that will take you on a world tour, one bite at a time! But before setting sail on this culinary expedition, I need your help! Together, we can launch this project and share comforting dishes and gastronomic discoveries from all corners of the globe. Aux Goûts du Monde isn’t just any food truck. It’s a culinary journey that will introduce you to authentic recipes from elsewhere, surprising flavor combinations, and traditional dishes, all made with fresh, local ingredients. On the menu: delicious, generous street food dishes inspired by my travels, reimagined with a contemporary twist. Expect to savor specialties that will take you to South America, the beaches of Thailand, or the bustling streets of Istanbul. Why this project? The idea behind Aux Goûts du Monde is to create a nomadic kitchen, always on the move, allowing people to discover the richness of international culinary traditions without having to fly. It’s an invitation to travel differently, through flavors and experiences. Above all, it's a way to share unique moments over dishes that bring people together. You can also call on us for your professional or family events. We’ll work with you, and for you, to provide a tailor-made service that matches your desires.
Allocation of funds
With your support, not only are you embarking on a culinary adventure, but you're also helping us to: Build a solid working capital to keep our food truck on the road a bit longer than Jules Verne's famous Around the World in 80 Days! After all, why stop when the culinary adventure can go on and on? Give our trusty vehicle a makeover so it becomes the most stylish and recognizable food truck for miles around (you won't miss it, even with a broken compass!). Launch our "advertising and marketing" mission to spread the word about our culinary expedition and attract all the food adventurers eager to discover our tasty stops. Your help is a ticket to a sensory journey and a boost to make our food truck shine brightly on the road!
