Breakfast is a concept where breakfast is delivered at your house in Brussels. For a special occasion or just to enjoy the weekend.

For the moment we deliver in a radius of 4km around the Bourse*. Why? Because we want to asure our client that they will be delivered a hot cup of coffee or tea. Quality is more important that Quantity.

*For the crowdfunding we can deliver further dan 4km around the Bourse, but without hot beverages.

When you order a breakfast for a special occasion you can mention this en leave a personal message that will be written on a card.

I chose for two formulas from which you can choose to launch the project. At the beginning we prefer do do it like this and see if the concept works. Don't be afraid, sweetlips or salty in the morning? There is something for everyone:

Simple Breakfast :

- coffee or tea (espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte macchiato - Earl Grey, Nilgiri, Sencha Lemon)

- freshly squeezed organgejuice

- pistolet

- croissant of viennoiserie chocolate

- ham & cheese of homemade jam & homemade chocopaste

- butter

- hard or soft boiled egg with soldiers

Deluxe Breakfast :

- coffee or tea (espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte macchiato - Earl Grey, Nilgiri, Sencha Lemon)

- freshly squeezed organgejuice

- pistolet

- ham & cheese of homemade jam & homemade chocopaste

- yogurt with homemade granola and fresh, seasonal fruit or Chia-coconut pudding with mango puree and fresh raspberries

- toast with salmon and avocado, sour cream & fresh dill

For the future I have different ideas to expand Breakfast. One of them is expand the menu. I would love that people can compose themselves their breakfast. Variation is important and be honest, more choice is always better, it is just harder to pick from. I would also want to offer a gluten- and lactose free possibility.

I would also like to deliver in more areas, but for this I need to build a small coffeebar inside of the delivery truck so that I can assure to deliver hot coffee and tea.

The B2B market is one that I consider as a next possible targetgroup. I am convinced that with a good marketing strategy I could get the attention of companies. As an employee I would love to have a surprise breakfast at work from the boss, just because we can, as a teambuilding activity or at a meeting.
