I have been dabbling - nobody's perfect - for years in various artistic practises, such as Indian ink drawings, modelling, assemblages and so on, creating always and again, as if I had an OCD, something irrepressible pushing me on between two classes to my little pupils, two papers to mark - can't wait for retirement!

Still, I could not find my way, my "voice"... until...

On a cold winter's night, the meeting of volume and photography in an unexpected place - my plate - triggered something off in my mind...

And a few winters later...

I come across the theme chosen for the Biennale de l'Image de Nancy 2016 : THE GAME.

I simply love it!! and starts right away a series of compositions. Almost instantly, the juxtaposition of kids toys and parts of skeletons appears as THE thing to do - by the way, it happens to be quite in the same vein as a cycle of photographies I started four years ago. The title of the series Les Jeux de la Mort et du Hasard illustrates the selected point of view, game becoming a dark and acid metaphor for life.

September 2015 : Wonderful month, my file got through!!!

The only trouble is "I am broke", having already spent a pretty nice amount of money trying to make my works known. I thus call upon you, definitely dearly beloved Net surfers, to help me seize the opportunity offered to me today.
