2 years ago I landed at Roissy-Charles de Gaulle after my holidays. I have spent all my money and the idea of spending 70 euros in a taxi to come back from the airport to my place was a nightmare. I saw many people in the taxi line and told myself that among them, some were necessarily leaving very close to my home. But how could I find and approach these neighbors ? This is when Hugo popped into my head. A mobile app. that would allow me to find those neighbors in few seconds so that I could share a cab with them and divide my taxi cost by 2 or more. I realized that even if I was keen to share my cab with anybody (cute italian girl, fat russian guy or old english lady), it might not be the case for everybody. So we needed to make Hugo social and tinder-like, allowing people to find taxi-mates with common interests. I poke you, you poke me, we MATCH, we discuss and we share the taxi to get back home. <img alt="1hugo_english_1200x628-1442993875" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/234256/1Hugo_English_1200X628-1442993875.jpg"> I make savings and new friends (which is cool because they live close to me). Also worth mentioning, if I have left my car at the airport, I can do classic carsharing (like BlaBlacar) and bring a neighbor back with me for cash compensation (freely agreed among us). Business model is simple. Why do you need your help ? We have launched the app. on appstore already. What we need now is create quickly a solid user base to maximize the number of Matches and of taxi-sharing rides. To get happy customers we need to help them make savings quickly.
