A strong complicity grows between the couple leading to an energetic infectious dance. A fusion of hip-hop, street jazz, salsa, classic and contemporary dance.</p> <p> The children imitate the choreography in their own naive childlike manner. A kind of musical develops between the parallel characters and a poetic sophisticated choreography springs to life from this chance encounter.</p> <p>  </p> <p> The dance</p> <p>  </p> <p> Dance is the fundamental motivation for this video. Through dance the central characters meet, share, exchange and fuse. Their bodies express and speak for themselves with simply no need for words.</p> <p> Dance leads to way to breaking down the barriers, crossing frontiers, reaching out to our kindred spirits, our fellow souls marking an end to fear and inhibition.</p> <p>  </p> <p> Naturally the bodies of the dancers flow together to find visual harmony, lightness and joy.</p> <p>  </p> <p> THE DANCER -</p> <p>  </p> <p> <img alt="Karim_camaraa-1456928986" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/284894/Karim_Camaraa-1456928986.jpg"></p> <p>  </p> <p> Currently studying dance and jazz singing at the Conservatory Of Dramatic Arts.</p> <p> Karim Camara is passionate about singing, dancing, theatre and music in general.</p> <p> He initially started his studies with hip-hop and salsa and then continued to develop numerous disciplines including classical music jazz, tap dancing and music hall.</p> <p> In music. as in dance, he discovered the pleasure in mixing these styles together to break existing frontiers and create new unique forms of his own.</p> <p>  </p> <p>  THE DANCER -</p> <p>  </p> <p> <img alt="Elsa-1456929128" src="https://d3v4jsc54141g1.cloudfront.net/uploads/project_image/image/284895/elsa-1456929128.jpg"></p> <p>  </p> <p> Elsa is a professional dancer, singer and actress originally from Brittany in the west of France currently working in Paris. Since her arrival she has played in an adaption of Les Miserables and works by Andrew Lloyd Webber at the reputed Paris 'Theatre du Gymnase'. Filming faces and bodies, as close as possible to the movement and  choreography through the eye of the camera, To tell a story or simply let the image and the sound construct a universe of their own.</p> <p>  </p> <p> James Thierrée, Akram Khan, Pina Bausch, Isadora Duncan &amp; François Malkovsky, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker; <em>for the body.</em></p> <p> Leos Carax, Larry Clark, Michelangelo Antonioni, Jane Campion; <em>for the cinema.</em></p> <p> Pierre Etaix, Jacques Tati, Philippe Découflé, James Thierrée; <em>for the burlesque. </em></p> <p>  </p> <p> THE PHOTOGRAPHER -</p> <p>  </p> <p> Above all, photography is a type of daily experimentation (her camera is always with her…).</p> <p> To re-transcribe “its” reality; traces lived, seen; perceptions, feelings… With a singular eye, her photographs reflect her desire to chart the world. She is very sensitive to the construction of images. Like every photographer, she likes images and doesn’t get weary of seeing them.
