<strong>Eight Italian and Northern European artists meet and create in the Italian landscape.</strong></p>
<p>
Four couples composed of an Italian and a non-Italian artist will during one week make a piece of art in the scenic landscape of the Morainic Amphitheatre of Ivrea, more precisely around the lake of Viverone on the territory of Viverone and Roppolo.</p>
<p>
The artists will be hosted by the community. They will stay in families and local Bed and Breakfasts.</p>
<p>
An international art and exchange manifestation in the landscape of Piemonte (BIELLA) , in front of the hill ‘La Serra’.</p>
<p>
An open creative lab where the local population, schools and tourists are invited to witness the creative process of the artists in the landscape and will have the opportunity to see it from a different perspective. </p>
<p>
The development of the work of the artists takes place during the week before spring begins: the impending awakening, the maturing before emerging, the last resting moments before the blossoming…. in other words <strong>‘transformation’</strong>. The artists will take this <strong>theme into their creations </strong>in the landscape.</p>
<p>
To discover the result of the creations there will be 6 guided walks through the pieces of art, performances and music installations on the 18th and 19th of march 2017. A social and sportive cultural event, accessible for all generations! <strong>An opportunity to slow down and to discover a unique and green place of Europe!</strong></p>

Allocation of funds

The project is innovative and will put the landscape and art in the spotlights. </p>
<p>
We have some funding but we need more to make it happen in a workable way.</p>
<p>

You can help this project to happen and to become a great experience for many people.</p>
<p>
The raised money will be used to:</p>
<p>
- anticipate the funding the project got from the CRB (Cassa Risparmio Biella)</p>
<p>
- give a compensation to the participating artists</p>
<p>
- finance the back-up plan: a video maker will film the artists working in the landscape and edit a movie to project indoors in case of bad weather on the days of the guided walks</p>
