What is it ?

It will be a lively and creative space where you can drink and eat, focussing on ORGANIC, BIODYNAMIC and NATURAL wines in the heart of Rennes (Brittany).

We want to create a environment that is friendly, lively and opened to the world; wine makers and wine drinkers, all with a curious spirit and a full glass! We have scoured our beautiful planet to bring you natural wines, made by real people with true stories. We wish that this cellar will be a place of friendly and warm hearted exchange between amateurs and connoisseurs alike. We will be delighted to share the wines that we love from producers that we have met and others that we are yet to meet.

Come to re[WINE]d, where you will be able to find :

A CAVE with carefully selected wines, spirits and other great discoveries at all price points, from Tuesday through to Sunday.
And a BAR, where you will be able to taste the current ‘by the glass’ selection, as well as local organic juices and beers. The best bit? Grab a bottle (or two!) from the cellar and make yourself comfortable with friends, old and new, in the bar! Wine not??
Also a KITCHEN : open for lunch during the week, come join us for a break and try our delicious homemade meals made with love. All the dishes will be cooked on the spot with local and seasonal ingredients. Come back during the evening for apéro (So French!) when you can enjoy tapas, charcuterie, cheeses and more…everything that is best paired with wines and brings us joy!

And then...

We would like to highlight the culture and the Music. We plan to offer a space where expression for free and committed exchanges can live. We imagine a space like a sharing area with conviviality. We would like to put Artisans, winemakers and artists in the spotlight, and allow bands to show their passion for the wine, rock music or Jazz ..
