About the band...

Three years after the opening album "Upon the Hill", released in 2015 (and supported here on KKBB), Shuffle is back with a brand new record "#WontTheyFade?" to be released on November 23, under the label Klonosphère distributed by Season of Mist.

Coming from Le Mans, France, the band offers a powerful and atmospheric mix, somewhere between progressive and alternative pop-rock, with touches of metal and hip hop, a "vintage" paw and a "West Coast" spirit. Influenced by Porcupine Tree, Foo Fighters, Incubus, Deftones or Rage Against The Machine, we inject our atmospheres in a flood of redoubtable riffs ...

Our first opus has been praised by the specialized press (more than 100 articles, interviews, chronicles and live reports) which sees it as "an album with incredible powers of seduction and sound strengh" and considers that "Shuffle is certainly one of the new French bands to follow " (yes, yes…). This visibility has opened us the doors of the most beautiful European venues, with already 200 shows dates performed in France, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland or Russia, including many references such as Le Trianon, La Boule Noire, Le Café de la Danse, Le Grand Mix, Eier Mit Speck Festival, Schlachthof in Wiesbaden, as well as opening for Tricky, Lonely The Brave, Shaka Ponk, Dirty Loops or Revolver.

Not being the type to rest on our laurels, Shuffle has concocted a second album that confirms the energy of the previous and affirms even more our musical universe. To make fans wait, after several months spent to compose and record at Nebula (e) Studio, we have posted a first track "Switch To The Otherside" on all streaming / download platforms (iTunes, Deezer, Spotify...), accompanied by a video directed by Brice Hincker (CHS prod).

We are very proud to present Faded Chalk Lines our new music video directed by Brice Hincker. This time, it's a video with a scenario and some references you'll recognize. Send us your opinions and comments! We would like to thank all the actors, Les Saulnières, Superforma and all those who helped to make this project a reality. This track is the second single from our new album #WontTheyFade?, the single Faded Chalk Lines will be available on all streaming and download platforms from Wednesday 31 October 2018.

About our new album...

The new album "#WontTheyFade?" will be released on November 23 under the label Klonosphère (Klone, Hypno5e, 7 Weeks...) distributed by Season Of Mist.

With this new album, Shuffle goes even further in his musical exploration. Thanks to the experience gained in recent years, our universe is more assumed, more explosive and brutal but also more astral and hovering. The goal? Take you to other horizons, change your persuasion, make you travel through our music, far from fashions, codes and eras. We tell our personal experiences, we ask questions about this world and its future in order to react, or even to shock. But the listener is not only an observer, he is himself an actor and makes his own opinion on things.

The texts reflect in a way what we live, through our real and virtual networks, our relationships, exchanges and meetings: love, joy, compassion but also anger, hatred, contempt. A sweet and vitaminized cocktail, telling a melancholic but very beautiful story. So that this original recipe will make you capsize, we put all our heart, fears and sorrows, all our enthusiasm, our love, our thirst for discovery and our frenzy.

For the artwork, we worked with Lucie Cros, a great artist and friend who managed to understand and illustrate our music and its different atmospheres.
