Hello you!

My name is Eva, I'm 29 years old, and I'm very happy to present you my project.

I have always dreamed of having my own restaurant without ever daring to start. After a first hard experience in a luxury hotel in Dubai, I come back to France and decided to work in human resources for a couple of Parisian startups. After 3 years, I feel that I've done my job and I follow a training to become a web developer.

But the more I progressed in my life, the more I felt the desire to create my own project. Today I have the strength and experience to finally get started: welcome to abenaura 👶!

abenawhat? abenaura is the name of a warrior from the Canary Islands 💪 As I was born and grew up there, I wanted to bring a little piece of island back to Toulouse 🌴

abenaura is a small fast food where we cook good soups and salads with local and seasonal products, as well as healthy and tasty desserts 🧁

For each dish, the list of ingredients and nutritional information is shared, in the interest of knowing exactly what you are eating 🤓

The goal is to promote healthy and responsible consumption by using, as much as possible, seasonal, local, organic and producer-friendly products.

And for those who are afraid of going hungry too fast, don't be afraid! The nutritional values of each dish are compared to a classic dish. For example: "this salad is equivalent to a plate of rice & chicken".

I open the restaurant in Place Arnaud Bernard in Toulouse. This beautiful and lively area welcomes more and more small local shops and I am proud to be part of its evolution.

But the renovation of the local is a little over budget... I am therefore asking for your help to participate in financing part of the restaurant's launch: furniture, signage, refurbishment and inauguration party.
