Noje, that poetic little Swedish name means “pleasure”. The pleasure of being able to relax in a cozy and warm place. The pleasure of taking a break in time and enjoying a coffee, fresh juice, soup or even a lunch or brunch. The pleasure of doing good to the planet and its body. Our values Create and propose sweet and savory dishes 100% plant based, respecting your health and the environment. For your health it is through the living food that we give life to our preparations: low temperature cooking, steam, allied to oils and sprouted seeds, pressed and flavored juice... We ensure that all nutrients and vitamins are preserved and revitalized. For the environment, we work with suppliers close to home. All our products are seasonal, organic and local. And the «Zero waste»? We are almost there! Cakes, granolas, soups, everything we can is annealed so as not to be wasted. Who are we? Jessica & Xénia, fan of coffee and cozy places. Passionate about healthy food and committed to the planet, we decided to challenge ourselves to create a place that brings everything together. I (Jessica) went to sweden, where i got the name «Nöje», vegan, i want to make people discover this philosophy. I'm (Xenia) trained in sustainable and living food, because health first passes through the plate and great amateur is brunch. We want to offer you a warm, accessible and healthy place.
